Our mission is to inspire a love of learning and to provide enriching, dynamic Montessori programs which nurture the whole child: emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially.

To this end, we have prepared an environment that is engaging and responsive to each child’s learning styles and intelligence, at various stages of their development.

We help each child develop habits of self-confidence, focus, initiative and persistence by fostering inner security and a sense of order in the child.

Toddler

1.5 – 2.5 years of age

Our Montessori based Toddler House curriculum supports the physical, cognitive, social and emotional development of each child. Toddlers strengthen speech and language development and both fine and gross motor skills as they explore self, family and the world in which they live. Our Toddler program prepares children for preschool work in Casa, by exposing them to each area of our Montessori curriculum. The toddlers learn concentration, coordination, language skills, responsibility and respect—all of which prepare them well for a successful transition into our preschool Casa program.   Read more

Casa

2.5 – 6 years of age (pre-school, JK, SK)

Our Casa classroom is a carefully prepared environment where children ages 2.5 to 6 work together or independently with multi-sensory materials that invite them to touch, to think, and to experience. Although the children move around the room freely, their absorption in their activities and their respect for their peers and their teachers contribute to the calm atmosphere. Children work with a concentration seldom seen at this age.

The goals of the Casa level are to foster independence and to support the child in moving toward self-discipline and mastery of the surrounding environment. The Casa classroom is a prepared Montessori environment designed to encourage the child in a self-directed discovery of the world. The curriculum and environment interrelate, allowing the child to develop a deep love for learning while fostering self-confidence his own ability to learn. Read more
